The New Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A in Tucker
As of August 30th, Chick-fil-A has moved to 4435 Hugh Howell Rd. The move is presumed to be due to the need for more space. The new location is 5,000 square feet, giving room for more customers. However, this location is farther from Tucker High School, so there will likely be fewer students walking to Chick-fil-A.
Drive-Thru and Parking:
I visited the new location recently and found that the business has improved in many ways. First, there is a heavier focus on the drive-thru. The new restaurant now has three drive-thru lanes, with one being solely for online orders. They still have workers outside to take orders, but they now have a roof to help protect them from the weather. In addition, the parking lot is more accessible and has more spots compared to the former location.
The Inside:
The inside looks like any Chick-fil-A but is still very clean and spacious. There are 96 indoor seats, an outside patio, and a delivery counter. When you enter the restaurant, there is a small vestibule with two doors. The first door leads to where you order, and the other to the dining area. The dining area is complete with plenty of booths and tables. There is no longer a playground inside, but this allows for more dining room.
Service and Food:
The last aspects of the new Chick-fil-A are the service and food. Altogether, the service is great. The workers were kind and understanding, and the food arrived in under ten minutes. Most importantly, the food is the same as before: delicious. Overall, Chick-fil-A in Tucker has improved immensely.
